How Much Notice Do You Need For Orders?

◆ 1 day notice for orders on regular calendar days.

◆ 5 day notice for holidays (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

◆ Please contact us to request for same day orders. Same day orders is subject to availability/capacity.

◆ It is recommended to pre-order as early as possible! Future dates unavailable will be blocked off in the calendar.

Where Are You Located?

◆ We are home based located in NW Calgary in Ambleton!

◆ Full address will be provided in the confirmation email once payments have been received & processed.

◆ Please allow up to 1 business day. (emails may go to junk/spam folder!)

How Do I Know My Order Is Ready?

◆ You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready on your pickup date and before your selected pickup time. Full address will be provided along with pickup instructions.

How Does Pick Up Work?

◆ For contactless pickup: Your order will be placed on the front door table outside 10 minutes prior to your selected pickup time.

◆ For doorbell pickup: Please send us a text message when you are on the way and ring the bell when you have arrived.

(Phone number will be provided in the order confirmation email)

◆ Please contact us immediately if there are changes to your pickup time.

Do You Deliver?

◆ Delivery starts at $10 depending on area in the city of Calgary (only), and is subject to availability. Please contact us with the full address in order for us to provide an accurate quote to be added to your order.

Changes To Your Order

◆ Please contact us immediately to make changes to your order and/or pickup date & time. Changes made within 24 hours of the pickup date will not be considered.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately, at least 2 days prior to your pickup date to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Requests to cancel within 2 days prior to your pickup date will not be accommodated for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

What are your signature collections?

Can I make customizations?

◆ Absolutely! We are open to customizing colors. Please contact us to inquire.

Do you accept larger orders for bigger parties/events?

◆ Yes! Please contact us to inquire.

Are your products nut free?

◆ The vast majority of our products are nut free.

◆ The only product/collection that contains nuts is our GemBerries in the “Smokey Quartz” collection. However, nuts can be excluded from this collection if chosen for color scheme.

Are your products gluten free?

◆ The vast majority of our products are gluten free with the exception of any product that contains cake.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

◆ Unfortunately no. All our chocolate products contain dairy.

Do I need to refriderate these products?

◆ Berries are not required to be placed in the refrigerator right away, but is recommended to be placed after the second day to last up to 4-5 days. If chosen to refrigerate, thaw out for 15 minutes before consumption for smoother texture.

All other products are not required to be placed in the refrigerator.

Please note: Refrigerating chocolate may cause blooming/discoloration. It is best recommended to gift first before placing them in the refrigerator.

how long do these products last?

◆ Berries are best to be consumed within the first 2 days, but can last up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator as they are considered highly perishable foods.

Cake products are best to be consumed within the first week.

All other products are considered non-perishable.
